Guarantee guidelines.

Return.

You have the right to return the delivered goods within a period of 10 working days. The right of return begins upon receipt of the goods by the customer.

The returned items must be undamaged, in mint condition and in perfect original packaging. Returns are to be made without exception with our Returns request to process the return. Once you have sent it to us, we will send you a return label that you can print out and hand in together with the parcel at a DHL Servicepoint give up. The customer bears the return costs.

If the above conditions are not met, the right of return expires and we will charge a processing fee of CHF 30.00. Items that were specially procured at the customer's request are excluded from the right of return.

Guarantee.

Rüegg AG guarantees that the ordered product is free of defects and functional for 24 months after delivery or collection. To make a warranty claim, you must send the product and the corresponding invoice via your personal customer account in the Rüegg webshop as a Grant application and return it in accordance with the instructions described there. We will inform you in writing about the further course of the warranty claim.

If your warranty claim is approved, Rüegg AG can fulfill the warranty at its own discretion either by issuing a credit note at the current price (maximum at the sales price at the time of your order) or by providing a replacement product.

The warranty only covers the replacement of the value of the goods; additional costs are excluded. No liability is accepted for consequential damage. Also excluded from the warranty are damages caused by modifications or repairs carried out by you, by wear and tear, by force majeure or by disregarding the operating instructions.
