Product range and scope of delivery.

Our offer is aimed exclusively at customers with their place of residence or company headquarters in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. All products are delivered from the Rüegg Logistics Center Switzerland to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein by the transport company DHL Logistics Schweiz AG.

We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by manufacturers or other third parties.

Shipping costs and surcharges.

Shipping costs	CHF 4.90	Orders under CHF 50.00 (excl. VAT)
Late order surcharge	CHF 2.00	Orders 90 minutes before order deadline with same-day shipping

All orders received by 17:30 on working days are dispatched on the same day and usually arrive at the delivery address on the next working day (≈98 %).

DHL delivery agreement.

Receive parcels even if you are not on site: simply specify a desired location on your property. If the delivery person does not meet you there, the parcels will be left in a safe and dry place that you define and, if necessary, collected from there.

All you need is a delivery agreement with DHL.

Obligation to check.

You are obliged to check the products immediately upon receipt for correctness, completeness and any delivery damage. Any discrepancies must be reported within 5 working days of receipt.
