Dunlop Hypersport: SportSmart Mk4 celebrates a double test victory.
The SportSmart Mk4 is consistently tuned for performance and offers pure riding pleasure on country roads. The hypersport tyre builds seamlessly on its successes from 2025 and has once again convinced the MOTORRAD and PS test crews this year:

CARCASS TENSION CONTROL SYSTEM (CTCS).
The CTCS technology optimises the tensions in different areas of the carcass, thereby improving cornering and straight-line stability as well as feedback to the driver.
DYNAMIC FRONT FORMULA (DFF).
Highest precision, exceptionally smooth and neutral handling in all conditions thanks to the DFF development process.
Hisilica.
HISILICA stands for an elevated silica content, used to promote the flexibility of the compound at low temperatures. This reduces the compound's dependence on temperature, with the result being optimised grip in wet and non-ideal conditions, and increased mileage.
DMULTI-TREAD (MT) TECHNOLOGIE.
2-component tread: The softer compound in the shoulder area ensures excellent grip when cornering. The more resilient compound in the centre of the tyre, on the other hand, is more abrasion-resistant and allows for high mileage.
JOINTLESS BELT TECHNOLOGY (JLB) CONSTRUCTION.
The JLB construction, consisting of an endlessly wound zero-degree belt, minimises dynamic expansion of the tyre's centre at high speeds and ensures a consistently stable contact patch. The result: top stability, an absolutely linear steering feel and excellent feedback.
RAYON PLY CASING (RPC).
Rayon is used as a top ply material to improve mileage and shorten warm-up time.
