Assortment and scope of delivery.

Our offer is exclusively aimed at customers residing or having their company headquarters in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. All products are delivered from the Rüegg logistics centre in Switzerland by the transport company DHL Logistics Switzerland AG to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by manufacturing companies or other third parties.

Shipping costs and surcharges.

Shipping costs	£4.90	Orders under CHF 50.00 (excl. VAT)
Late order surcharge	£2.00	Orders 90 minutes before the order deadline with same-day dispatch

All orders received on working days by 17:30 will be dispatched on the same day and will usually (≈98 %) arrive at the delivery address on the next working day.

DHL Delivery Agreement.

Receive parcels even when you're not there: Simply designate a preferred location on your property. If the delivery driver doesn't find you there, your packages will be deposited in a secure, dry place defined by you, and collected from there if necessary.

You only need a delivery agreement with DHL for this.

Mandatory inspection.

You are obliged to check the products immediately upon receipt for correctness, completeness, and any shipping damage. Any discrepancies must be reported within 5 working days of receipt.
