Product range and scope of delivery.
We generally ship all products immediately from our own warehouse to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein using the transport company DHL Logistics Schweiz AG.

We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by manufacturers or other third parties.

Shipping costs	CHF 4.90	Orders under CHF 50.00 (excl. VAT)
Late order surcharge	CHF 2.00	Orders after 16.00 with same day shipping

All orders received by 17:30 on working days are dispatched on the same day and usually arrive at the delivery address on the next working day (≈98 %).

Obligation to check.
You are obliged to check the products immediately upon receipt for correctness, completeness and any delivery damage. Any discrepancies must be reported within 5 calendar days of receipt.
