With the new TKC 80², Continental is presenting the consistent further development of its legendary TKC 80 motorcycle tyre after four decades, setting new standards for the adventure bike and dual-sport segment with the second generation.

• TKC 80: Every second row has gaps (2), and the unequal edge lengths (1) reduce mechanical interlock, leading to suboptimal off-road performance.
• TKC 80² Longer, uniform edges (1) and gaps (2) in each row ensure constant traction, providing excellent off-road performance.
• TKC 80² Offset shoulder blocks (3) improve traction on soft surfaces by increasing edge engagement.

• Increased contact patch in the critical wear area, with a net increase in surface area of +17%.
  This ensures better high-speed stability and a more grip-optimised wear pattern.
  Furthermore, the tyre has an M+S marking.
