Guarantee guidelines.

Return.
You have the right to return the delivered goods within a period of 10 working days. The right of return begins upon receipt of the goods by the customer.

The returned items must be undamaged, in mint condition and in perfect original packaging. Returns are to be made without exception with our Returns request to process the return. Once you have sent it to us, we will send you a return label that you can print out and hand in together with the parcel at a DHL Servicepoint give up. The customer bears the return costs.

If the above conditions are not met, the right of return expires and we will charge a processing fee of CHF 30.00. Items that were specially procured at the customer's request are excluded from the right of return.

Guarantee.
We guarantee the flawless quality of our articles and grant a warranty of 24 months from the date of delivery. The invoice serves as proof of the claim. Warranty claims must be submitted without exception with our Returns request to be processed. Our warranty refers only to the replacement of the value of the goods, not to the additional costs. No liability is accepted for consequential damage. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from modifications or repairs carried out by the customer, wear and tear, force majeure or failure to observe the operating instructions.
