Le droit de retour commence \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception de la marchandise par le client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Les articles retourn\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre intacts, \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat neuf et dans leur emballage d'origine impeccable. Les retours doivent \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9s sans exception de notre <a href=\"https:\/\/ruegg.ping-ag.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Retourenantrag_D_F__05.2019.pdf\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/ruegg.ping-ag.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Retourenantrag_D_F__01.2026.pdf\">Demande de retour<\/a> pour le retour. Apr\u00e8s la transmission de ce dernier, tu recevras de notre part une \u00e9tiquette de retour que tu devras imprimer et d\u00e9poser avec le colis dans un point relais. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dhlservicepoints.ch\/de\/\">Point de service DHL<\/a> de la commande. Les frais de renvoi sont \u00e0 la charge du client. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Si les conditions susmentionn\u00e9es ne sont pas remplies, le droit de retour s'\u00e9teint et nous pr\u00e9levons des frais de traitement de CHF 30.00. Sont exclus du droit de retour les articles qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 achet\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialement \u00e0 la demande du client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>garantie.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00fcegg AG garantit l'absence de d\u00e9fauts et le bon fonctionnement du produit command\u00e9 pendant 24 mois \u00e0 compter de la livraison ou de l'enl\u00e8vement. Pour faire valoir un cas de garantie, tu dois envoyer le produit ainsi que la facture correspondante via ton compte client personnel dans la boutique en ligne R\u00fcegg en tant que <a href=\"https:\/\/ruegg.ping-ag.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Retourenantrag_D_F__01.2026.pdf\">Demande de subvention<\/a> et la renvoyer en suivant les instructions qui y sont d\u00e9crites. Nous t'informerons par \u00e9crit de la suite donn\u00e9e \u00e0 ta demande de garantie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si ta demande de garantie est accept\u00e9e, R\u00fcegg AG peut, \u00e0 son choix, honorer la garantie soit par un avoir au prix du jour (au maximum au prix de vente au moment de ta commande), soit par un produit de remplacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La garantie comprend exclusivement le remplacement de la valeur de la marchandise ; les frais annexes sont exclus. Aucune responsabilit\u00e9 n'est assum\u00e9e pour les dommages cons\u00e9cutifs.
