The right of return begins upon receipt of the goods by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">The returned items must be undamaged, in mint condition and in perfect original packaging. Returns are to be made without exception with our <a href=\"https:\/\/ruegg.ping-ag.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Retourenantrag_D_F__05.2019.pdf\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/ruegg.ping-ag.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Retourenantrag_D_F__01.2026.pdf\">Returns request<\/a> to process the return. Once you have sent it to us, we will send you a return label that you can print out and hand in together with the parcel at a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dhlservicepoints.ch\/de\/\">DHL Servicepoint<\/a> give up. The customer bears the return costs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">If the above conditions are not met, the right of return expires and we will charge a processing fee of CHF 30.00. Items that were specially procured at the customer's request are excluded from the right of return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Guarantee.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">R\u00fcegg AG guarantees that the ordered product is free of defects and functional for 24 months after delivery or collection. To make a warranty claim, you must send the product and the corresponding invoice via your personal customer account in the R\u00fcegg webshop as a <a href=\"https:\/\/ruegg.ping-ag.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Retourenantrag_D_F__01.2026.pdf\">Grant application<\/a> and return it in accordance with the instructions described there. We will inform you in writing about the further course of the warranty claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your warranty claim is approved, R\u00fcegg AG can fulfill the warranty at its own discretion either by issuing a credit note at the current price (maximum at the sales price at the time of your order) or by providing a replacement product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The warranty only covers the replacement of the value of the goods; additional costs are excluded. No liability is accepted for consequential damage.
