The right of return begins upon receipt of the goods by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The returned items must be undamaged, in new condition, and in perfect original packaging. Returns are without exception with our <a href=\"https:\/\/ruegg.ping-ag.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Retourenantrag_D_F__05.2019.pdf\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/ruegg.ping-ag.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Retourenantrag_D_F__01.2026.pdf\">Return request<\/a> to process. Upon its submission, we will send you a returns label, which you should print and attach to the parcel along with a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dhlservicepoints.ch\/de\/\">DHL Service Point<\/a> you give up. The customer bears the return costs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Should the aforementioned conditions not be met, the right of return shall be forfeited and we will charge a processing fee of CHF 30.00. Items specially procured at the customer's request are excluded from the right of return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Guarantee.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00fcegg AG grants a warranty for the freedom from defects and functionality of the ordered product for 24 months after delivery or collection. To claim a warranty case, you must register the product and the corresponding invoice via your personal customer account in the R\u00fcegg webshop. <a href=\"https:\/\/ruegg.ping-ag.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Retourenantrag_D_F__01.2026.pdf\">Grant application<\/a> You are required to capture this and return it according to the instructions provided therein. We will inform you in writing about the further progress of the warranty claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your warranty claim is approved, R\u00fcegg AG may, at its discretion, fulfil the warranty either through a credit at the daily rate (maximum of the selling price at the time of your order) or through a replacement product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The warranty exclusively covers the replacement of the product's value; ancillary costs are excluded. No liability will be accepted for consequential damages.
