To strengthen our small but excellent team, we are looking for a reliable, communicative and sales-oriented individual for our internal sales department<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Internal Sales Representative 80-100% (m\/f\/d)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your responsibilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Customer service and advice by telephone<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Order processing, including via the online shop<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Active customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Negotiating terms and conditions and concluding contracts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Complaints management (sales and purchasing)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Backorder management (sales and purchasing)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Preparing, processing and completing goods receipts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support with image editing for product or web shop content<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Flexible assistance in other areas of the company<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Assistance at trade fairs, customer events, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    You bring that with you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Commercial training or training as a bicycle mechanic with additional business school or retail training in the sporting goods sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Several years of experience in a similar position is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong sales skills and experience in dealing with demanding customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Very good knowledge of German and French (at least B2), Italian is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Confident use of MS Office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Team-oriented, resilient and solution-oriented personality<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Enjoy direct customer contact and a structured way of working<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
