To strengthen our small but excellent team, we are looking for a reliable, communicative and sales-oriented individual for our internal sales department.
Internal Sales Representative 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Customer service and advice by telephone
- Order processing, including via the online shop
- Active customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships
- Negotiating terms and conditions and concluding contracts
- Complaints management (sales and purchasing)
- Backorder management (sales and purchasing)
- Preparing, processing and completing goods receipts
- Support with image editing for product or web shop content
- Flexible assistance in other areas of the company
- Assistance at trade fairs, customer events, etc.
What you need to have
- Commercial training or training as a bicycle mechanic with additional business school or retail training in the sporting goods sector.
- Several years of experience in a similar position is an advantage.
- Strong sales skills and experience in dealing with demanding customers.
- Very good knowledge of German and French (at least B2), Italian is an advantage.
- Confident use of MS Office.
- Team-oriented, resilient and solution-oriented personality
- Enjoy direct customer contact and a structured way of working
